How to use these chewables?

Without bariatric surgery: 1 per day.

With gastric bypass or sleeve surgery: 2–4 per day. These chewable tablets are made from calcium carbonate to keep the price low and the consistency pleasant. Calcium carbonate is best taken 2–4 times a day, 1 tablet at a time, with food. Taking it with food improves tolerance and supports optimal absorption in the body.
