What are WLS Points?
WLS Points are loyalty points that you automatically earn with every order. You can redeem these points for a discount on your next order.
How do I join the WLS Points programme?
You are automatically enrolled as soon as you have an account with WLS – no separate registration is needed. However, always make sure you are logged in when placing your order: only then will your points be credited to your account and be available to redeem.
Do my points have an expiry date?
Yes, your WLS Points expire after 18 months. After that, they are removed from your account automatically.
Is participation in WLS Points free?
Yes, participation is completely free. There are no additional costs associated with the WLS Points programme.
How many points do I earn per order?
You earn 1 WLS Point for every whole euro spent. For a product costing 49.50 euros, you receive 49 points. The exact number of points is shown on each product page.
When are my points credited?
Your points are automatically credited within 1 week of your order being paid. You do not need to do anything. You can check your current points balance in your account at any time.
Do I earn points on all products?
You earn WLS Points on almost all products. The exact number of points per product is shown on the product page. Products that do not earn points will indicate this clearly.
Do I still earn points if I use a discount code?
Yes, even when ordering with a discount code, you earn WLS Points on the amount paid after the discount has been applied.
What are the reward levels?
There are three reward levels: 100 points = 3 euro discount, 200 points = 6 euro discount, 400 points = 12 euro discount on your next order.
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points directly in your shopping cart. Once you have enough points, an option to redeem will appear. Choose your desired reward level and the discount will be applied automatically.
Can I combine points with other offers?
WLS Points cannot be combined with other discount codes or vouchers. Unfortunately this is technically not possible, as our webshop can only process 1 discount code per order. Please note: if you activate a WLS Points voucher and then wish to cancel it in order to use a different discount code, your points will not be returned to your account. The voucher will be permanently lost. This is also a technical limitation and we apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact us if this happens.
Can I redeem only part of my points?
Yes. You choose which reward level to redeem. If you have 852 points, you can choose 100, 200 or 400 points - the remaining points are saved for next time.
What happens to my points if I return an order?
For a full return, the points credited for that order will be deducted. For a partial return, points are adjusted proportionally. If you already redeemed the points from this order for a reward (such as a voucher or discount) before returning the product, that reward remains valid, but the points will still be deducted from your balance. This may result in a temporarily negative points balance, which will be offset against points earned on future orders.
Where can I see my points balance?
You can find your current points balance and progress towards the next reward at any time in your account under My Points.
What happens to my points if I delete my account?
If you close your account, all accumulated points will be forfeited. We recommend redeeming your points before closing your account.
Are my points transferable?
No, WLS Points are personal and cannot be transferred to another account or paid out in cash.
