That would be 2-3 soft chews. The amount of calcium you should take, can vary according to surgery type. Follow your doctors advice or ask our customer service for a recommendation.
To optimize your calcium absorption, we recommend not taking all your calicum at once, but to leave at least 2 hours between different doses of calcium.
