Warning: side effects after ingestion

This product can cause a reaction if you are hypersensitive to vitamin B3 (niacine or niacinamide) because it is a very powerful product. These innocent reactions can include: flush (sudden reddening of the face or neck), vasodilatation or itching.
In case of reactions, we recommend that you reduce the dosage or stop taking this product. To remedy this flush effect immediately, we recommend that you drink a glass of dairy products.
