Take 1 soft chew daily during or after a meal. After bariatric surgery: take 2–3 soft chews per day, spread throughout the day, or as recommended by your healthcare provider. When taking iron supplements or iron-containing multivitamins at the same time, maintain an interval of at least 2 hours. |
