Take a full dropper first thing in the morning. Make sure that the liquid does not get on clothing or furniture, as it can cause stains. It is normal for your urine to turn blue or blue-green, this is natural and can do no harm. WARNING: Do not take this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid use if you have a known genetic mutation of the G6PD gene. Serotonin syndrome (a life-threatening condition) has been observed during surgeries in which very high doses of methylene blue were administered alongside SSRI medications that increase serotonin levels, leading to fatal outcomes. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the packaging is open or damaged. As with any supplement, consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
