Total Liver Cleanse is designed for a 4-6 week regimen that can be repeated 2 or 3 times a year. The success can be increased if you drink plenty of water (2 - 3 liters daily, non-carbonated, preferably spring water) during the cure. Alcohol should be avoided completely during use.
