NUPO One Meal Bars – a complete meal on the go
Want to replace a meal but prefer something to eat rather than a shake? NUPO One Meal Bars combine the convenience of a bar with the composition of a complete meal replacement. There is nothing to prepare or measure: simply unwrap and eat. Ideal for work, travelling or whenever you want to know exactly what you are having for your meal.
Each bar weighs 60 g and is designed as a complete meal replacement. Depending on the flavour, one bar provides approximately 201–219 kcal and 15–20 g of protein. The bars also contain fibre, vitamins and minerals, giving you a compact, pre-portioned meal that is easy to take with you.
A simple way to replace a meal
Weight management does not necessarily mean following a strict diet programme. Sometimes replacing one or two meals can make your daily routine simpler and easier to manage. Caramel offers a rich caramel flavour, while Toffee Crunch and Cookie Crunch combine sweetness with a crunchy bite. Coconut Crunch combines coconut, caramel and milk chocolate. For something fresher, try Lemon Crunch, while Chocolate Mint combines dark chocolate with refreshing mint.
