NUPO Diet Soups – Take Back Control of Your Weight

Want to get back on track with your weight and make more conscious food choices? NUPO Diet Soups make it easier to manage your calorie intake without giving up warm, savoury food. They're a convenient alternative to shakes and bars, especially when you want something comforting but don't have time to cook.

Depending on the flavour, each serving contains approximately 106–119 kcal and provides 11–13 g of protein, along with fibre, vitamins and minerals. With a clearly defined portion size, it's easier to plan what you eat and bring more structure to your daily routine.

A Warm Soup Ready in Minutes

Busy day? Short lunch break? Or simply don't feel like cooking? NUPO Diet Soups are easy to prepare whenever you need a quick, savoury option.

Mix one sachet with 300 ml of water in a shaker and shake well. Pour into a bowl and microwave for approximately two minutes. You can also heat the soup in a saucepan.

Each pack contains 12 individually portioned sachets of 32 g. Keep a few in your cupboard so you always have a convenient option available. Add your favourite herbs or spices if you'd like to adjust the flavour.

Three Savoury Flavours to Enjoy

Whether you prefer something mild and familiar or a little more spice, there's a NUPO Diet Soup to suit your taste.

• Vegetable: A mild, creamy vegetable soup with a savoury flavour. Easy to customise with your favourite herbs and spices.
• Tomato: A creamy tomato soup with the familiar taste of tomatoes, complemented by basil and oregano.
• Spicy Thai Chicken: A Thai-inspired soup with chicken, chilli, coriander and lemongrass. Ideal if you enjoy a little extra heat.

You can alternate between the soups and other products in the NUPO Diet range, making it easier to enjoy variety while managing your calorie intake.

Make Everyday Food Choices Simpler

Getting back in control of your weight often starts with small changes. Planning ahead, choosing portions more consciously and knowing how many calories you're consuming can make a difference to your daily routine.

NUPO Diet Soups take some of the effort out of meal planning. The portion size is fixed, the calorie content is clear and preparation takes just a few minutes. A practical option to have on hand when life gets busy.

NUPO is a Danish brand that has been developing weight management products since 1981. Its range combines carefully formulated nutrition with convenient products designed to fit into everyday life.

At WLS Products, we understand that maintaining your weight isn't always straightforward. Even after bariatric surgery, eating habits can change and weight regain can become a concern. Sometimes, finding a little more structure in your eating routine is a useful place to start.

That's why we've added NUPO to our range. The Diet Soups offer a simple, savoury option for people who want to manage their calorie intake more consciously while still enjoying something warm.

Preparation and Important Information

NUPO Diet Soups are part of the NUPO Diet total diet replacement programme for weight control. Follow the recommended preparation and dietary instructions. One sachet alone does not provide a complete daily diet.

If you've had bariatric surgery, use weight management medication or follow specific medical dietary advice, check with your healthcare professional or dietitian before using NUPO Diet. The soups do not replace any vitamin and mineral supplements individually required after bariatric surgery.

Ingredients, nutritional values and allergens may vary between flavours. Always check the information on your chosen product.
