- Our 50.000 IU capsules are very small: 16mm long and 6 mm in diameter. They are very easy to swallow.
- Alternatively, you can open the capsule and take the powder with some water or other fluid.
Which supplements do you recommend next to the vitamin D, when I am Vitamin D-deficient? And in which dosage?
We aren't medically schooled (always contact your doctor) and we do not know your blood levels. We can however, tell you the following: 1 x D3 50.000 with 2 x MK-7 200 mcg daily, is considered a loading therapy.
How long? This varies from person to person and depends on your blood levels. You can easily take our home Speed Test to find out your levels.
Vitamin D high dosed without prescription
In many countries, all Vitamin-D-supplements over 2.000 IU can only be obtained on prescription. In the USA and in the Netherlands, the higher dosages are available without prescription.
WLS also has Vitamin D 50.000 IU capsules in vegetarian capsules, if this is important to you.
